About the Role
We’re a small, fast-paced print shop looking for a Print Finishing Specialist who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and teamwork. In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of finishing and bindery tasks — from cutting, folding, and binding to packaging and preparing orders for delivery. If you enjoy hands-on work, pay close attention to detail, and like seeing projects come to life from start to finish, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate bindery and finishing equipment such as cutters, folders, scorers, laminators, and booklet makers
- Assemble and package completed jobs accurately and neatly
- Review job tickets and communicate with press and design teams to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain finishing equipment and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments
- Assist with general shop tasks such as shipping, inventory, or light press setup when needed
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
- Experience in print production, bindery, or a similar hands-on trade (preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
