- etting of screeds, the rodding, shaping, smoothing, and finishing of the surfaces of freshly poured concrete walls, sidewalks, curbs, guttering, and light pole bases. F
- inishing of extruded concrete or any other concrete surface requiring finishing, using hand tools or power tools, including floats, trowels, screeds, and straightedge. A
- bility to use or learn how to use a Power Curber, both String and Stringless GPS. R
- emoving of rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, using grinder or chisel and hammer and patching holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound. M
- olding of expansion joints and edges, using edging tools, jointers and straightedge C
- utting of joints with concrete saw. S
- etting of concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk forms. R
- ead and interpret grade stakes and plans in-order to set forms to proper line and grade. P
- erform general labor and other construction related duties as required

- ust have the ability to work extended hours as required by the workload. A
- ble to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in all types of terrain. A
- ble to meet all physical requirements such as standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting 50 pound or more. A
- bility to work around loud noises and can tolerate being exposed to odors, gases, dust, etc. M
- ust be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, and in excavated areas.
