Join Our Team - Registered Nurse (RN)- Oakland, MDThere is a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position available with Archway Station, Inc. at the Garrett County location (Garrett County Lighthouse, Inc.). This position includes full-time benefits following a successful probationary period. Benefits include 72 hours of accrued personal time per year, 7 paid holidays per year, paid vacation time, 401-k with up to 6% employer match, health insurance, including vision and dental add-ons, and short-term and long-term disability benefits, among other benefits.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position for a Registered Nurse. The position is grade 9 on the wage continuum (wage range is $28.50 at step 1 - $35.52 at step 12), plus any credentialing incentives. The primary responsibilities of the position are to assist the Nurse Care Manager to track the health care status and coordinate health care for assigned adult service users with chronic psychiatric diagnoses, and children and adolescents overcoming serious emotional and/or behavioral problems, all who also have chronic somatic conditions. Services are provided in the agency’s residential homes and in the community, within Garrett County, in people’s homes. You will also be responsible for assisting with the agency’s activities to support service users in the development and maintenance of healthy lifestyles. Applicants must be willing to share on-call responsibilities for urgent health and safety issues.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, day shift
Minimum requirements for the position include:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse with the Maryland Board of Nursing if working as an RN.
Driver’s license
Dependable transportation
Proof of valid auto insurance coverage
CPR, AED, First Aid certification
