What You Will Be Doing
- Evaluate and support the execution of corporate M&A transactions, including acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain transaction‑level financial models, including valuation, accretion/dilution, synergies, and scenario analysis
- Conduct and coordinate financial, commercial, and functional due diligence across internal teams and external advisors
- Prepare investment committee materials, transaction memoranda, and executive presentations supporting decision‑making
- Evaluate private investment opportunities across growth, infrastructure‑adjacent, and strategic platforms
- Perform underwriting and return analysis, including cash flow modeling, valuation, downside scenarios, and exit sensitivities
- Monitor active investments and prepare quarterly portfolio reporting on performance, risks, and value‑creation initiatives
- Support development, evaluation, and financing of infrastructure and project‑based investments, including P3 and privately financed projects
- Build and maintain project finance models incorporating construction, operations, capital structure, and risk scenarios
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field – Required
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting – Required (Associate)
- Experience with financial modeling or investment analysis – Required
- Experience supporting deal execution or transaction processes, including M&A, investments, or financings – Preferred
- Strong financial analysis and analytical thinking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and business information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail
