Part-Time Executive / Administrative Assistant (located in our corporate office of GCS 1760 Heritage Center Drive, Wake Forest NC) 20 hours per week

Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Executive / Administrative Assistant to support our President and team in our Wake Forest office. This role is critical to keeping day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly while supporting sales and leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Commission reconciliation and invoice entry into CRM
- Preparing PDF sales and activity reports
- Managing office supplies and business vendor accounts
- Running and organizing CRM reports
- Supporting sales-related projects as requested by leadership
- Scheduling and coordinating Microsoft Teams meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars, itineraries)
- Attending Teams calls with the team and sending recap notes
- Tracking manufacturer reporting cadence and ensuring timely submissions
- Preparing the office for in-person meetings (agendas, reservations, catering, etc.)
- Assisting Sales Team with administrative duties as time permits
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and time management ability
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Adobe experience is a plus
- Prior experience supporting executive/management a plus
- Efficient typing and general computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
- Must have high school diploma (some college preferred)
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Schedule is flexible but should remain consistent week-to-week
- Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hourly pay (rate based on experience)
