Customer Care Coordinator
BinMaster offers high-tech sensors and inventory software for bulk solids and liquid markets. BinMaster is part of the Garner Industries family and is diversifying into other applications such as Senix and HerdStar product lines.
We are looking for a reliable, cheerful, calm, and savvy person who enjoys getting to know and help customers. This person drives success, solves problems, and brings new ideas to fruition. The position is entry level with plenty of room for growth.

WHAT WE WILL ASK YOU TO DO:
- Responsible for the routing of all inbound phone inquiries to the correct person and ensure their calls are handled in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide backup support to the customer service department.
- Manage chat/messaging platforms and help to develop AI automation.
- Maximize service using analytics and call management.
- Develop self-help content integration through multiple communication channels.
- Support Sales, Technical Service and Customer Service, working with leaders within these departments to achieve the preferred outcomes for our customers.
- Drive a culture of customer advocacy.
- Ensure consistent customer experience and a holistic approach to customer success.
- Support sales and technical service employees working in the field to ensure customers are supported when they are not available.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
- Review and support customer satisfaction surveys.
- Provide feedback to executive management to improve customer interactions.
- Support special projects as directed by the EVP of Sales and Marketing.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Strong educational background. 2-year associates degree required. 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Customer support or service background preferred.
- Your brain. Show us how we can do better.
- Strong and constructive interpersonal skills. You know how to make people like you.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to gain an in depth understanding of the BinMaster, Senix and HerdStar product lines.
