Production JOB Description
Production Job Summary:
Full-time permanent positions are available for a welder.
Production Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
· Ability to read and interpret prints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand
· Identify raw material and component requirements for production from engineering and production specification
· Skill set and ability to MIG, TIG, as well as other types of weld and fabrication process and methods
· De-Bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper finish
· Have ownership of initiatives towards continuous improvement
· Maintain effective communication with various groups and/or plant production departments as required
· Collaborates with Leadership Team identifies improvement opportunities for plant or manufacturing unit
· Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures
· Cut and weld pipe
Production JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma, GED equivalent.
· Lift and/or carry up to 50 LBS
· Read a tape measurer
· 1 years welding and fabrication
· Current and valid certification a plus
· TIG welding aluminum experience highly desire
· Able to work overtime as product demand dictates
