Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand workforce management processes and business needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
- Partner with UKG Techno-Functional Architects and SMEs to determine appropriate solutions.
- Support configuration and solution validation.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate that configured solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
- Coordinate issue resolution across business, functional, and technical teams.
- Support implementation planning and project activities.
- Develop and maintain requirements, process, testing, and implementation documentation.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and implementation teams.
- Support deployment and post-implementation stabilization.
