What are the responsibilities and job description for the Epic MyChart Consultant – Care Companion position at Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC?
We are seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Consultant with strong Care Companion experience to support patient engagement and digital care workflow initiatives within a large healthcare environment.
This consultant will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize MyChart Care Companion workflows that improve patient engagement, care coordination, and longitudinal care management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Epic MyChart build and configuration experience, strong understanding of patient-facing digital workflows, and experience supporting healthcare organizations focused on population health and value-based care initiatives.
Must Haves:
• Epic MyChart Certification required
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Epic MyChart implementations and enhancements
• Experience configuring and supporting MyChart Care Companion functionality
• Understanding of patient engagement workflows and digital healthcare delivery models
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and production support activities
• Ability to work across technical and operational teams in a highly matrixed environment
