What are the responsibilities and job description for the Epic Reporting Analyst – Clarity / Caboodle position at Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC?
We are seeking an Epic Reporting Analyst with strong experience in the Cogito suite, specifically Clarity and Caboodle, to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Must Haves:
- 4–7 years of Epic reporting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Cogito tools (Clarity and/or Caboodle)
- Advanced SQL skills (this is critical)
- Experience building and maintaining reports in an Epic environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with healthcare data models and workflows
- Experience working in high-volume reporting environments
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
