Health Information Technology Service Desk Analyst (Remote)
(6-month contract)

Must Have:
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Basic Computer Skills (MS Windows based; basic math skills; basic reading skills)
Nice to Have:
- 1 year of experience in a position requiring frequent interaction with customers, clients, students and/or prospects, either face-to-face or via telephone
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of customer service experience in a medical setting
