Elementary Classroom Tutor (Classroom Aide)

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Massachusetts Teacher Licensure Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree Required

REPORTS TO: Building Principal

JOB GOAL: To provide academic support to elementary school students. 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Works with individual students or small groups of students to provide interventions and supports in reading, writing, math, speaking and listening.
2. Collaborates with classroom teachers to plan and implement lessons and data informed supports and interventions;
3. Assist students with group and individual academic work.  
4. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by teachers and/or the building administration.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Per Contract.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:   Per Contract.
