About the Role:
Gardiner & Theobald's Advanced Technology team is building and rolling out proprietary platforms in our offices. As Implementation & Product Manager, our first dedicated hire in this team, you will own the rollouts, manage our development partners, and run the loop that turns user feedback into delivered product improvements. You will work closely with and report directly to the Director of Advanced Technology; your mandate is to operationalize vision and architecture directions and make adoption succeed. We're looking for someone energized by operational ownership, building and getting real tools adopted by real users, and building a function for the long term.
About the Candidate:
Gardiner & Theobald is building out a new in-house Advanced Technology capability, including proprietary platforms that we're rolling out internally across the firm. We're hiring our first dedicated Implementation & Product Manager to own those rollouts, driving user adoption, running the loop that turns user feedback into delivered product improvements, and managing our development partners. It's a high-ownership role at the center of the firm's technology effort, reporting directly to the Director of Advanced Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own platform rollout: drive adoption across GT offices, from onboarding through to full production use
- Be the primary point of contact for internal users — training, issue resolution, and change management
- Collect and structure user feedback and translate it into prioritized, clearly specified development tickets
- Manage the development team (internal & external): sprint planning, backlog grooming, delivery tracking
- Coordinate delivery of secondary initiatives (CRM, benchmarking dashboards) under the Director's direction
- Coordinate with stakeholders across US and UK on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Build business cases with real usage data to support continued investment
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Background in construction, real estate, or AEX consulting
- 3–6 years in product management, implementation, or technical project delivery — ideally at an established product or PM-software company
- Experience managing development teams or vendor relationships
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Structured thinker who can break ambiguous problems into actionable, well-specified work
- Product experience at a SaaS or PM-software platform strongly preferred; construction or cost-management domain knowledge is a plus, but can be trained
- Familiarity with agile workflows and tools (ClickUp, Jira, Linear, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience rolling out enterprise software to non-technical users
- Understanding of AI/ML tools and their application in professional services
- Conceptual familiarity with application security and data protection (incl. UK GDPR)
- Experience managing offshore or distributed development items
