Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as power tools with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Eliminate weeds, plant and transplant various plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is essential for safe operation.
- Familiarity with plant identification and horticulture practices.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments.
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and tree care practices is desirable.
