Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Diagnose issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in safe working condition
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
- Communicate clearly with customers or property managers regarding job scope and progress
- Document completed work, materials used, and time spent on jobs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of handyman or maintenance experience
- Valid drivers license
- Must have your own tools
