Available Shifts:
- Sunday - Thursday 6 AM - 2 PM
Overview:
This role offers an open schedule for working floor shifts while learning administrator tasks. The tasks take about 3–6 months to learn. Once completed, you will be placed in a pool for when a home opens.

Each home is managed by an Administrative Designee. This individual must possess many attributes: Maintain state compliance and maintain HIPAA compliance. Manage and Maintain staff training and performance as well as company policies and procedures. Ensure resident safety, uphold resident rights, dignity and care per resident care plans. Able to perform med cart audits and oversee narcotic counts and proper QMAP performance. Must be hands-on with required working shifts on the clinical floor.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with excellent references/experiences
- Assisted Living Administrators License Required - will help you obtain
- QMAP Certification
- Leadership Experience 2-3 years
- 2 Year Employment Commitment
- 40 Hours Per Week
- Extreme flexibility with the schedule to support the house as needed
