Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Summary
Gardeners’ Guild, Inc. (GGI) is seeking a Bilingual Gardener (English/Spanish) to join our team maintaining one of San Francisco’s premier public urban landscapes. This is a great opportunity for both entry-level and experienced candidates, with paid training provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape maintenance (plant care, pruning, cleanup)
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
- Assist with irrigation and basic horticultural tasks
- Maintain clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Must live in San Francisco (required)
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid California Driver’s License (insurable)
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or gardening experience (not required)
- Basic knowledge of plants, irrigation, or tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Starting at $23.00/hour or higher (depending on experience)

- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
