Role Description The Outreach Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sparta, NJ, with a blend of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This position develops and maintains relationships with community organizations, referral partners, and local stakeholders to increase awareness of RBHN’s programs and services. Day-to-day tasks include planning and attending community events, conducting presentations and trainings, responding to inquiries from prospective clients and partners, and coordinating outreach campaigns. The role also involves gathering and maintaining outreach data, supporting marketing and communication initiatives, and collaborating with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth referrals and access to care. The Outreach Coordinator is expected to represent RBHN professionally, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to a supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Community Outreach and relationship-building with organizations, referral sources, and local stakeholders.
- Customer Service and client-facing skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and timely follow-up.
- Research skills to identify outreach opportunities, track market trends, and inform outreach strategies.
- Training skills to develop and deliver educational sessions, workshops, or informational presentations.
- Knowledge or experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or related human services fields is preferred.
