Part-Time | Hourly Base Uncapped Commission

RX30 is looking for an outgoing, energetic, confident salesperson who loves talking to people and isn't afraid to approach someone they don't know.

This is not a sit-behind-the-front-desk position.

Our Wayne location sits inside a busy shopping center with significant daily foot traffic. We want someone whose primary responsibility is to get out into the mall, meet people, introduce them to RX30, and turn those conversations into trial customers walking through our doors.

If you're the type of person who can walk up to someone with a smile, start a natural conversation, build rapport quickly, and confidently ask for the sale, we want to meet you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll receive an hourly base wage plus uncapped commissions.

And we've made the commission structure simple:

You keep 100% of every trial you personally sell.

What You Sell Customer Pays You Earn. Trial converts to membershipFirst month's membership 20% of first month

Example: You meet someone in the mall and sell them a $20 Adult Trial Week. You earn the entire $20. If that person loves RX30 and becomes a member, you earn an additional 20% of their first month's membership.

There is no commission cap. The more conversations you create and the more people you bring through the doors, the more you can earn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Walk the shopping center and actively engage with potential customers
• Introduce parents to our Kids Fitness programs
• Introduce adults to RX30's 30-minute fitness program
• Explain what makes RX30 different
• Invite prospects into the facility for a tour
• Sell $10 Kids Trials and $20 Adult Trial Weeks
• Collect accurate contact information for interested prospects
• Follow up with leads when appropriate
• Build relationships with neighboring businesses and people in the community
• Help create consistent new lead flow into RX30
• Track your conversations, trials sold, visits and conversions

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You do not need to be a fitness coach.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Extremely outgoing and comfortable approaching strangers
• Friendly, energetic and naturally conversational
• Confident asking people to take action and purchase a trial
• Competitive and motivated by commission
• Persistent without being pushy
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable being on their feet and actively walking the shopping center
• Able to represent RX30 professionally
• Excited about helping grow a local business and fitness community

Sales, hospitality, retail, promotions, canvassing, membership sales or brand-ambassador experience is a plus—but personality and drive matter most.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday: approximately 4:00-7:00 PM
Select Saturdays: approximately 9:00 AM-12:00 PM

Approximately 15-18 hours per week, depending on Saturday coverage.

These hours are intentional—they put you in front of mall traffic during key periods when adults, families and parents are in the shopping center.

HOW YOU MAKE MONEY

This isn't a position where your earning potential is limited to your hourly wage.

Your hourly pay gives you a base.

Your ability to create conversations and bring people into RX30 creates your upside.

Sell 20 Adult Trials in a week = $400 commission

Sell 20 Kids Trial class = $200 commission

And when those trial customers become members, you earn another 20% of their first month's membership.

All of that is on top of your hourly base pay.

RX30 is built around efficient, coached fitness experiences for adults, kids and teens. Our goal is to provide an environment where members receive real coaching, accountability and community—not simply access to equipment.

We're building our Wayne membership and are looking for someone who wants to play a direct role in that growth.
