Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. At Garden State Retractables, we are supplier and installer of Phantom Screens products including retractable door screens, window screens, and motorized screens. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who plays a crucial role in supporting daily office and field operations, sales assistance over the phone, with a heavy focus on marketing and social media. Position requires general knowledge of construction, focused on new residential construction. Our clientele are typically high end residential construction clients living in custom homes.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assisting customers over the phone for inquiries and sales
- Managing all online marketing for the company including Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, and any other marketing required
- Responsible for all social media management including creating and posting content, responding to messages and comments, etc.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks to enhance overall productivity.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in databases.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Previous marketing experience is required
- Previous sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
- Construction experience is preferred
- Clean driving record is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
