Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and guide them through their appointment process with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Explain treatment plans clearly, answering questions about procedures, costs, and scheduling options
- Coordinate appointment scheduling to optimize patient flow and practice productivity
- Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and assist with financial arrangements to ensure clarity and transparency
- Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Collaborate with dental providers to facilitate seamless communication regarding patient care plans
- Support administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, preparing treatment estimates, and following up on pending cases
Experience
- Prior experience working in dental office environment is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of comprehensive dental treatment planning with surgical and aesthetic procedures and being able to clearly communicate with patients and team members with care and professionalism.
- Proven ability to provide excellent dental administrative support in a fast-paced setting
- Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail is essential
- Dental office experience is a significant advantage, especially familiarity with treatment coordination processes
