As an Event Marketing Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to client success while gaining hands-on experience alongside an energetic and collaborative team.
You'll work face-to-face with customers inside major retail locations, representing well-known brands, educating customers about products and promotions, and helping drive new customer acquisition. Every day you'll build communication, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on experience and ongoing coaching to support long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent nationally recognized brands during in-store promotional events
- Connect with customers, answer questions, and recommend products
- Help execute marketing campaigns alongside an experienced team
- Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
- Deliver personalized customer experiences that build positive relationships, increase brand awareness, and encourage long-term customer loyalty
- Track basic customer interactions and sales activity
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales and face-to-face marketing techniques
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred (but not required)
- Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
