Entry-Level Marketing & Business Development Representative
Imaging Center
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Representative to support growth initiatives at our imaging center. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare marketing, relationship-building, and business development, with opportunities to learn and grow within a professional medical environment.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
- Support business development efforts by assisting with outreach to referring physician offices and healthcare partners
- Conduct outbound communication (phone, email, and in-person visits) to introduce services and strengthen referral relationships
- Maintain and update referral source databases, contact lists, and outreach activity logs
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and informational packets
- Track referral activity and help compile basic performance and outreach reports
- Follow up with referring offices to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate office drop-offs, meetings, and occasional marketing events
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends and report findings to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and awareness of referral needs
- Learn and accurately communicate imaging services, scheduling processes, and service advantages
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with healthcare professionals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
- Interest in marketing, sales, or business development within a healthcare setting
- Medical or healthcare experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided
