We’re seeking a Marketing & Sales Assistant to represent our clients inside well-known retail stores. This is an entry-level role designed for recent college graduates or individuals starting their career in marketing, sales, or business development. No experience is required — we provide fully paid training to help you build product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in retail locations to promote products and services
- Learn and apply effective marketing and sales strategies
- Set up and maintain branded displays and promotional materials
- Provide excellent face-to-face customer service and answer product questions
- Work toward daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications
- No previous experience required — training is provided
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication style
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
