About the Role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and leadership development in a supportive, team-based environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position in a retail setting, where you’ll interact directly with customers and work closely with store teams to support client campaigns and drive brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Engage with customers in person to provide product information and service
- Build and maintain customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
- Support retail-based promotions and events
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on leadership and team development
- Track performance metrics and report progress to team leads
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for full-time, on-site work in Cherry Hill, NJ
