Job Description
We are hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our retail sales and marketing team in Toms River, NJ. This role is designed for individuals starting their careers or looking for hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and teamwork. No previous management or sales experience is required. Full training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with in-store sales and promotional activities
- Talk with customers in person and answer basic questions
- Learn how to explain products and services clearly
- Help set up displays and support store events
- Work with a team while learning communication and customer service skills
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Reliable and able to work full-time on-site
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work on-site in Toms River, NJ
