Excavation Operator and Landscaper

How does working outside on ponds and waterfalls sound? It's a rewarding job that offers a different setting almost daily. Get the satisfaction of creating something awesome! This position would require you to build ponds and water features with our crew. Qualified applicants must have some experience running mini excavators and/or skid steers. You must be able to demonstrate that you can also back a truck and trailer. You must have recent outdoor work experience and be acclimated to the Oklahoma cold/heat to be considered for this position. No other experience is necessary but we do look for good job time. This is a full time year round position Monday through Friday. Applicants must be willing and able to work independently and without constant supervision! Applicants must have a valid driver license (preferably a CDL), professional appearance, pass a background check, drug test and able to work significant overtime. Pay is based on experience. Qualified applicants that have significant experience and a valid CDL could be eligible for premium pay range.

We require the following :

Minimum of 1 year consecutive employment with the same employer within the last 2 years.

Recent job history that involved a labor intensive position

Verifiable employment history

Good people skills

Good communication skills

Able to lift 100 lbs consistently

Able to dig, bend & stoop repeatedly

Experience with various machinery such as bobcat and mini excavator

Able to pull and back a trailer

Willing to handle fish

Willing to get your hands dirty

Professional appearance

Valid Driver License

Able to pass background check

Able to pass drug screening

Must be willing to sign a non compete agreement

Must be physically fit, able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds on a regular basis, and work outside in the elements. You will be doing everything from building ponds, waterfalls, digging, rock work, pumps, filters and landscape installation. No experience needed but we do look for good job history and previous labor intensive jobs in an outdoor environment.
