Septic & Excavation Laborer / Equipment Operator
Location: Indiana
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
We are a small, family-oriented company looking for a dependable individual to join our team installing residential and commercial septic systems and performing excavation work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of septic systems
- Perform excavation and site preparation
- Operate or assist with operating equipment (experience preferred)
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Perform general labor duties on job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Experience with septic installation, excavation, construction, or heavy equipment is preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a small team
