Strata Client Relations Manager

Position Purpose & Summary

Join our team at Strata in the Healthcare/Medical industry as a Client Relations Manager. We are seeking a problem-solving, technically savvy individual with excellent time management and communication skills to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Essential Functions:

• Manage C-3 and Strata Direct Care client accounts and ensure satisfaction
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support
• Develop and implement client retention strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
• Track and report on client account activity
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and driving business growth
• Provide training and support to clients on company products/services
• Attend client meetings and presentations to include open enrollment meetings, and pop-up educational events
• Client retention & development
• Research new products, industry trends, and best practices.
• Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points
• Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among teammates that are consistent and complete

Position Requirements:

1. Minimum Knowledge & Skills: 1-3 years of experience in client relations or a related field

1. Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: A degree in relevant field (Healthcare/Medical, Insurance Broker, Human Resources.

1. License, Registration, and/or Certification Required: HIPAA and medical certifications.

Environmental Factors:

Environmental factors may include indoor setting with overhead lighting and comfortable ventilation. May occasionally be called upon to work in all areas of the property, both inside and outside, possibly in inclement weather.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
