Responsibilities include:

❤️ Loving and nurturing children while creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.

Praying regularly for the children, families, and team members at Garden City.

Engaging children through interactive play, stories, music, and hands-on learning experiences.

Building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of every child by remaining attentive to their individual and group needs throughout the day.

Planning and implementing weekly lesson plans that inspire curiosity, creativity, and growth.

Communicating daily with parents to share updates about their child's learning, development, and experiences.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 25 hours of professional development online or in person annually-Free to employee
• 6 months experience in a child care setting, preferred
