About This Role
We are seeking an organized and energetic Office Manager to lead daily administrative and operational functions at our Buckeye, AZ facility. In this role, you will be the backbone of our local center, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and staff alike while keeping office procedures running efficiently.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do, but not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day front office operations, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and vendor relationships
- Support Director and teachers, including assisting with onboarding paperwork, coordinating staff schedules, assist in classrooms and give lunch breaks, when needed.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working within an educational facility.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish to best serve the local Buckeye community.
