Paralegal - Personal Injury
Remote/Hybrid-Miami, FL
Our client, a respected and growing national law firm, is seeking a Paralegal with deep experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records for personal injury matters.
This role is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a fast‑paced litigation environment and can produce clear, accurate, and defensible medical treatment chronologies.
Can be fully remote for an extremely experienced candidate, or hybrid in Miami.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze medical records, bills, and treatment histories for personal injury cases
- Draft detailed, well‑organized medical chronologies and summaries
- Collaborate with attorneys to support case strategy and evaluation
- Manage deadlines and maintain meticulous documentation standards
Requirements
- 5–10 years of paralegal experience with a strong medical chronology experience
- Defense experience preferred, but not required
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written communication and organization skills
References and sample medical chronologies will be required.
