Job Responsibilities
- Lead complex estate planning and trust administration matters from initial strategy through execution

- Collaborate closely with the founding partner on client strategy, practice development, and firm growth
- Mentor and partner with experienced paralegals to ensure exceptional client service and administration
- Play an key role in shaping the firm’s long-term succession plan, with clear potential for equity participation
Ideal Background
- 5 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
- Strong command of advanced planning techniques, including SLATs and multi‑generational strategies
- Strategic, self‑directed, and client‑focused
- Licensed in Florida, or an experienced attorney planning to sit for the FL bar
- No existing client base required—the firm prioritizes expertise above client service
