Garcia Legal Search is working with a growing, forward-thinking Florida law firm seeking a litigation associate to join its family law practice.
You do not need family law experience to be considered! The firm is willing to train an attorney with a strong litigation background who enjoys being in court and is comfortable handling evidentiary hearings and trials.

What We're Looking For:
- Ideally 2 years of litigation experience
- Experience handling evidentiary hearings and courtroom proceedings
- Confidence managing cases independently
- Strong advocacy, communication, and organizational skills
- An attorney who genuinely enjoys litigation and being in court
- Florida Bar admission
