Paralegal – Litigation (Full-Time)

Garcia Hong Law is a boutique litigation firm based in San Diego, representing businesses and individuals in complex civil matters. Our practice includes business litigation, real estate disputes, personal injury defense, and high-stakes civil litigation. We are a collaborative, fast-paced team that values initiative, precision, and strong client advocacy.
We are seeking a full-time Paralegal to support four attorneys in all phases of litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and manage subpoenas (business records, depositions, trial)
- Coordinate filing and service of pleadings (state and federal courts)
- Assist with written discovery (drafting, responses, organization)
- Support depositions (notices, coordination, exhibits, summaries)
- Conduct document and records review, including organizing and analyzing productions
- Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Communicate with clients, experts, and vendors as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a litigation paralegal preferred
- Strong understanding of California civil procedure and filing systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
- Experience with case management systems (e.g., Clio) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time position
- Hybrid flexibility: up to 1 remote day per week (after onboarding)
