Garavel Subaru located in Norwalk, CT, has been your family Subaru dealership since 1997. Garavel Subaru is Connecticut’s fastest-growing Subaru dealer. Garavel Subaru’s new facility space has over tripled in size, with a 50,000-square-foot building, 12-car showroom, and a 4.5-acre lot all powered by 267 solar panels and recycled waste oil heat.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Upgrade Concierge to join our dealership team. This role specializes in working with existing customers, primarily through the service drive, to identify opportunities for vehicle upgrades and provide a concierge-level buying experience. What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers in the service drive to identify potential trade-in and upgrade opportunities.
Use dealership CRM and equity tools to analyze customer accounts, lease terms, and trade-in values.
Present personalized “VIP upgrade offers” that provide value, convenience, and long-term loyalty.
Schedule and conduct VIP appointments with existing customers.
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Deliver a white-glove, concierge-style experience throughout the sales process, from greeting to delivery.
Collaborate with the service, sales, and finance departments to ensure seamless transactions.
Consistently achieve sales goals while maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
What You’ll Need:
Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Previous sales experience preferred, but strong customer service or relationship-building experience okay!
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.
Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face in a service drive setting.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM tools a plus
