Position Title: Client Delivery Specialist AssociateLocation: Stamford, CT or Salt Lake City, UTStatus: Contract — 6 months, Status: Hybrid- 4 days a week, onsite Shift / Schedule: To be determinedPay Range: Open to Market/ W-2 Our client is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join the Automation team within the Data Solution department. This role will ensure a seamless flow of financial data for the client and internal teams. This individual will support business critical processes from portfolio management system conversions to performance reconciliation.This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. This person will be a part of a dynamic team focused on innovation and efficiency, working with cutting-edge technology to streamline client onboarding and reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar field2-5 years in the financial industry, demonstrating a proven track record of financial product support, technical proficiency, and solid accounting knowledgeExpertise with Addepar and familiarity with other portfolio management systems, such as Advyzon, APX, Axys, Black Diamond, Orion, Ridgeline, TamaracStrong background working with financial custodial data and proficiency supporting alternative financial instrumentsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and text file manipulation. Familiarity with other data formats, such as JSON, XML, and unstructured-to-structured transformation is a plusExperience with at least one of the following: Python, SQL, Power Automate or other large data set software, demonstrating the ability to extract and transform dataDemonstrated history of automating data-related processes such as data integration, including log file creation and maintenanceUnderstanding of Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and GitLab.Comfort working with a geographically dispersed team.Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and comfortable communicating with clients as needed.Achievement of, or working towards, an MS/MBA, CFA, CAIA, or CFP is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Lead data conversion projects, including extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data between portfolio management systems. This involves understanding source system requirements, mapping data to new system standards, and managing the conversion of large datasets from legacy systems.Integrate historical financial data by converting potentially complex and unstructured data files and statements into structured formats suitable for backfilling.Provide support for automated data feeds, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the seamless transformation of daily financial transactions and positions into source system imports.
