You Will Be Trusted To:
- Accurately enter tickets, purchase orders, and customer data
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, vendors, and team members
- Resolve issues in real time while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Determine whether concerns fall under company responsibility or involve third party trades
- Clearly explain solutions while protecting both customer relationships and company standards
You Qualify With:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or industry related environment
- Typing 50 to 60 words per minute with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable attendance and the ability to follow established processes
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on site
Additional Success:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a related industry such as garage doors, home services, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, construction, building supply, or automotive parts
- Familiarity with scheduling and dispatch systems
- Experience supporting field service technicians
- Knowledge of garage door products, components, and services
