Garage Door Operations Coordinator

Position: Installation & Operations Coordinator

We are a fast-growing garage door company looking for a highly organized and proactive Installation & Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling, materials, and daily field operations.

This is a key position in our company. You will be responsible for ensuring installations run smoothly, technicians are properly dispatched, materials are ready, and customers are informed throughout the process. **Responsibilities:**

* Manage installation scheduling and dispatch technicians efficiently

* Coordinate and track material orders to ensure jobs are fully prepared

* Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and timelines

* Oversee job progress from booking to completion

* Maintain accurate records in CRM software (Workiz or similar system)

* Support field technicians with job details and logistics

* Identify and improve operational processes to reduce delays and errors

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in construction, home services, or field operations required

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

* Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

* Confident decision-maker who can work independently

* Strong communication skills (phone, email, and customer-facing)

* Experience with dispatching or CRM systems preferred

**What We’re Looking For:**

We are seeking someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and solves problems before they become issues. This role requires someone who is structured, dependable, and committed to operational excellence.

**Schedule:**

The typical shift for this position is **12:00 PM - 7:00 PM**, with some flexibility required based on operational needs.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience. Please note that **this position does not currently offer traditional benefits such as PTO, health insurance, or a 401k.** We are a growing company and continuously evaluate our compensation and benefits structure.
