Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to fulfill the monthly hiring goals while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience
- Proactively manage the recruitment processes, systems, and reporting that ensures consistency and optimization to support continuous improvement throughout all locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
- Creates a strong culture and promotes a spirit of teamwork; builds a strong team throughout recruitment, onboarding, and sourcing to respond efficiently and effectively to all hiring needs
- Ensures integrity of the recruitment cycle; maintaining accurate documentation on all candidates, job postings, searches, and other recruiting activities
- Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, candidate data-base searches, job boards, promotional campaigns and other programs to source, promote and attract the best-qualified candidates
- Oversees the daily workflow for areas of responsibility, including oversight of new hires, to ensure that background checks, drug tests, MVR’s and onboarding tasks are completed timely
- Maintain accurate and updated records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including templates, screening questions, system updates, onboarding event packets, I9 and E-Verify management
- Ability to partner and support recruiting efforts as business needs shift with the company’s continuous growth
- Assist with other projects as needed
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience recruiting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory, management, recruiting operations
- Experience working successfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experienced and strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Paylocity is highly preferred
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Proven ability to successfully work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish operational goals
- Ability to juggle multiple high-priority, high-volume positions
- Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proactive and enjoy taking the initiative
Location: Must be in the Atlanta, GA area
Job Type: Full-Time Remote Position
Pay Range: $50K - 75K
