Position Summary
Gannon University seeks an Assistant Professor, Psychology Program, to work in Erie, PA, within its College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, responsible for teaching undergraduate courses within our Psychology program, including Cross-Cultural Psychology and Industrial-Organization Psychology. Specific duties include: (i) assisting with course revisions and curriculum development; (ii) engaging in scholarly pursuits pertinent to the Department; (iii) participating in service to the University and the community by serving on departmental and professional committees; and (v) advising, guiding, and mentoring students.
Required Qualifications
Must possess, at a minimum, a Ph.D. degree in Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Leadership, Agricultural and Extension Education, or a directly related field.
Must also have a demonstrated record of teaching and research excellence in one of these (or a directly related) academic field(s).
