- Assist with LIMS, ELN, and other pharma application maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Monitor system performance, handle incident tickets, and ensure compliance with IT and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with lab teams, vendors, and IT groups to maintain system reliability and data integrity.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech environments preferred.
