Hiring: System Administrator – SCADA Environment 🚨

📍 Location: Tulsa, OK 74172 (100% Onsite)

📅 Duration: 18-Month Contract

🏭 Industry: Oil & Energy

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to support critical SCADA and HMI environments within a leading Oil & Energy organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Support and maintain SCADA/HMI infrastructure and related systems

✅ Coordinate with IT, SCADA Support, Control Room, and Field Operations teams

✅ Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

✅ Support Point-to-Point (P2P) validation activities between field devices and SCADA systems

✅ Manage server, network, and infrastructure components supporting operational technology environments

✅ Maintain detailed documentation and support audit/compliance requirements

✅ Assist with system upgrades, configurations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

✔ 5 years of System Administration experience

✔ Strong Windows Server and/or Linux Administration experience

✔ Experience supporting SCADA, HMI, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or Operational Technology (OT) environments

✔ Understanding of PLCs, RTUs, networking, and infrastructure support

✔ Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

✔ Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Industrial environments preferred

Preferred Experience:

⭐ SCADA/HMI platforms

⭐ VMware or virtualization technologies

⭐ Active Directory administration

⭐ Pipeline operations or control room environments

⭐ Industrial networking and automation systems
