WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Performs routine cleaning
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Clean windows, glass, partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Adherence to all safety procedures and use of proper PPE.
- Adhere to all Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and applicable state and local environmental, health and safety rules and regulations.
- Performs incidental tasks related to the position as well as various duties, as assigned, to support the overall objectives/goals of the team while maintaining a positive attitude
- High School diploma or GED.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident required.
- Minimum one (1) year janitorial experience.
- Must have the ability to carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push, pull, stoop, bend or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
