What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visual Designer position at Gamma?
About the role
You'll design stunning gammas that wow clients, partners, and audiences, from sales decks and keynote moments to Gamma-built websites and beyond. That means bringing content to life with visual storytelling, layout design, motion, and smart use of brand systems, while collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and executives to make every gamma both strategic and beautiful.
As a Visual Designer in Marketing, you'll work across all of Gamma's formats: presentations, websites, documents, and social posts. You'll create work that inspires our community and shows what's possible with the platform, help lead a network of contractors producing community templates, and evolve how Gamma presents itself to the world. This role calls for a sharp eye for typography, layout, and motion, comfort juggling multiple projects and stakeholders, and genuine excitement for AI-assisted creativity and designing in new mediums.
Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
