What You'll Do
The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $140K - $250K plus benefits & equity.

What You'll Do
- Own problem areas from concept to launch, producing flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs with an eye for usability and craft
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, design, prototype, test, and ship features across core product surfaces
- Define success criteria and ship features that move activation, retention, or conversion
- Create quick prototypes and run lean experiments, iterating based on data to drive measurable outcomes
- Partner tightly with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and maintainable
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design critiques to validate and refine solutions
- 4 years of end-to-end product design experience with a strong portfolio showing shipped work, ideally on productivity or workflow tools
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools with the ability to produce clear specs and collaborate closely with engineering
- Metrics-minded approach with experience setting success criteria and shipping features that moved key product metrics
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, an understanding of design systems, and the judgment to balance craft with velocity
- Experience working in small, fast-paced teams where you owned projects from research through shipped UI
- Familiarity with modern productivity tools or ecosystems like Notion, Craft, or similar, with an understanding of how users actually work in these products
