Key Responsibilities
- Commission and oversee external directors and producers for music videos and visual projects.
- Act as a liaison between artists, managers, the label, and production partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on creative direction.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables from concept through delivery.
- Review treatments, edits, and final cuts, providing feedback under the guidance of the SVP.
- Coordinate production logistics, including contracts, insurance, and compliance with internal policies.
- Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations exceeded.
- Support the SVP in evaluating creative partners and maintaining a network of directors, producers, and vendors.
- Stay informed on visual and cultural trends, recommending innovative approaches for artist campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in music video production, creative services, or entertainment content.
- Strong understanding of the music video and visual production process.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and contracts effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Previous on-set or production experience (producer, coordinator, or director) is required.
- Familiarity with post-production workflows and file delivery requirements.
- Flexibility to travel frequently for productions, with ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.
- Passion for music and visual storytelling.
