Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across social platforms.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by preparing assets, tracking deliverables, and updating calendars.
- Compile analytics and performance reports for campaigns, social content, and streaming initiatives.
- Help maintain artist websites, e-commerce platforms, and email newsletters.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and digital partners to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Monitor digital and social trends to inform campaign strategy and provide insights to the team.
- Support Senior Director of Marketing and wider marketing team with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Maintain digital asset libraries and trackers to ensure accurate, organized campaign records.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of internship or entry-level experience in marketing, social media, or entertainment preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook) and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of streaming platforms (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube Studio).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital design tools (Canva, Photoshop a plus).
- Passion for music and digital culture.
