About The Role

The Senior Game Designer is responsible for designing engaging slot games and developing the underlying mathematical models that drive game performance, player experience, and regulatory compliance. This role contributes across the full game development lifecycle, combining creative game design, mathematical modeling, and technical collaboration to deliver high-quality, production-ready games. The Senior Game Designer plays a key role in shaping game concepts, supporting cross-functional execution, and ensuring design decisions align with product strategy and development standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop games with a diverse team of Game Designers, Artists, Sound Designers and Software Engineers.
  • Apply advanced game design, mathematical, and creative skills to create multiple assigned games, focusing on the entire scope of game design elements.
  • Execute comprehensive game design activities, including concept development, feature definition, math modeling, and iteration
  • Develop, analyze, and refine game mathematical properties (i.e. pay tables) and the design of updates and changes to pay tables for assigned game applications.
  • Create and maintain game design documents to ensure the smooth delivery of games through the game development process.
  • Ensure design intent is clearly communicated and consistently executed across disciplines.

  • Crossfunctional teams experience strong collaboration, clarity, and consistency throughout development.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in slot game design and game mathematics.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language; C or C preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to design compelling game concepts and develop robust math models.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams, with designers, engineers, artists, and managers.
  • Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience contributing to multiple shipped slot titles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and performance considerations across jurisdictions.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior designers within a game development environment.
  • Exposure to iterative, datadriven game tuning and postlaunch optimization.
