Job Description:
We are looking for someone to join our healthcare team as a Pharmacy Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. In this energetic, fast-paced environment, you'll support pharmacists and other technicians with medication preparation, dispensing, and patient interactions.
Duties:
- Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and medication preparation
- Enter and process prescriptions accurately in the pharmacy system
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Manage prescription pickups, phone calls, and patient questions
- Maintain accurate records and comply with pharmacy regulations
- Assist with inventory management and medication stocking
Requirements:
- High School Degree
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and detail-oriented
- NC Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
